layer it on

Layers on layers on layers.  Fall is for layers.  Layers of apple pie, layers of sugar and cinnamon cider donuts, and layers of clothing.  I find that my favorite looks are the ones where I layer on a ton of different pieces because it somehow all comes together in a chic, effortless way. Pieces that you’ve already worn can look brand new again because of the endless possibilities that layering offers.  Incorporating different lengths and textures with the layers will make the outfit look more intricate.  So, after you layer on some ice cream over top of your warm apple pie (tell me I’m not the only one), layer some pieces together that you already own, and see what new looks you can come up with!
